BROOKLYN BREWERY:
PULP ART HAZY IPA
I was invited to work on the launch video for Brooklyn Brewery’s new Hazy Pulp Art IPA.
I joined the team at Mustache to animate the video, and we took a journey through art history to introduce this bright, citrusy, new beer. It was a great experience for me to get to work on my former neighborhood's favorite brewery.
BROOKLYN BREWERY:
Brooklyn Brewery is located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn - my former NYC neighborhood, where they craft some of the best brews in the world. I’d been a fan long before I got the chance to work on these spots, so I jumped at the opportunity.
I came into the project to animate, and arrived to find a killer group of illustrations by the talented Margherita Premuroso, all based on the key art of the new beer’s label. I began to break down and animate the illustrations in After Effects.
THE WORK:
SOCIAL PLANNING:
Once we’d completed the main animation, we repurposed elements of the video to create additional content that Brooklyn Brewery could use on their social channels. Knowing this was a goal for the project, we built assets and animations that could be easily adjusted to fit a variety of social formats.
